Toby Hughes (CEO) is a Technology, Media & Fintech entrepreneur and investor. In 2015 he was named in the Insider Media List of 42 under 42 entrepreneurs and in 2017 was one of SETsquared Partnerships 50 in 15 (Top 50 entrepreneurs in its 15-year history).

Toby launched Blue Speck Financial Ltd (now Momentum Financial Technology Ltd, which sold to South African MMI Holdings Ltd) and MoneyHub (which went on to win Best in Show awards at London Finovate 2014 & Platforum 2014).

Stephanie Gauld (Head of Digital Strategy) heads up digital strategy and product at Wonderborn. Prior to this, she headed up digital strategy for EMMY award-winning children's property, Bing. Steph previously worked at Egmont as Digital Publisher, developing new IP and stand-alone digital products, including a no 1 app in 28 markets, and at Disney where she set up the EMEA virtual worlds team, including launching the leading virtual world Club Penguin in Europe.

Steph set up CBeebies online and interactive TV at the BBC, creating the content strategy, gaining BAFTA nominations and leading this team for six years. She also received the BAFTA Kids’ award for Club Penguin in 2008 (Head, Disney Online Studios).

Dominic Parry (Head of Production) is responsible for negotiation of commercial rights for CBeebies Land between the BBC and Merlin Entertainment. He is the former COO of BBC Children’s and a BBC Natural History Unit Business Executive.

Dom has experience of advising across numerous children’s and mainstream productions, bringing budgets in on time and leading rights negotiations.

Joe Watson (Senior Development and Production Executive) enjoyed an adventurous start to her career working on Ray Mears,  Comic Relief and Historyonics Drama. Joe then moved to the BBC Natural History Unit where she helped build  a strong children’s presence; worked in development and in production on CBBC’s Natural Born Hunters, All about Animals and CBeebies Andy’s Wild Adventures. 

Joe is also passionate about overseas development and has set up and run charities in Uganda.

Jolie Greenwood (Production Manager) has over 13 years experience in programme making. Jolie has experience in managing complex series such as underwater HD series for BBC1 Ocean Giants.

Jolie also worked as a Production Manager for BBC Natural History Unit Development, with responsibility for all Natural History Children’s titles. Jolie has set up filming across the world - from drama shoots in New York to filming big cats in Kenya for Big Cat Diary to a 40 person Live OB for Springwatch.

Jo Sunderland (Head of Engagement) is a former BBC Journalist and Video Producer. During her time there, Jo was the BBC Outreach and Corporate Responsibility Project Manager and was responsible for BBC Bristol community engagement and stakeholder management.

She launched an award-winning BBC schools outreach programme working with 6,000 students at Bristol's most hard-to-reach schools.




We saw an opportunity and felt led to build a business that combined technology, entertainment and storytelling with strong morals, values and eternal truths.
